Are you a commercially astute and experienced Operations Manager ready to lead a high-performing private domiciliary care service? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, reputable provider delivering between 1,250 – 2,000 hours of care per week. With ambitious growth plans and a strong foundation of quality care, this role offers autonomy, no on-call duties and a clear progression route within the next 3 years.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:
- Oversee the daily operational performance, ensuring service excellence and quality compliance.
- Drive commercial growth while maintaining the provider’s reputation and high CQC standards.
- Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support service development and delivery.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand sustainably and ethically.
Operations Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Operations Manager, Area or Regional Manager in domiciliary care.
- In-depth understanding of the private care market and CQC regulatory expectations.
Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams. - Commercially focused with a track record of driving service growth without compromising on quality.
- Positive attitude and professional credibility within the care sector.
Benefits:
- £47,500 – £55,000 plus a generous performance-based bonus.
