Quality and Compliance Manager

Actively looking for an experience Quality and Compliance Manager to cover 9 homes across Kent and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for visiting all 9 homes to improve and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities of a Quality and Compliance Manager:

  •  Responsible for maintaining and improving services.
  •  Auditing and Compliance across the homes.
  •  Following company framework
  •  Assisting home managers and staff with care delivery and effective governance and regulatory compliance.

Quality and Compliance Requirements:

  •  Previous experience within quality roles.
  •  Understands CQC new and outstanding framework.
  •  Eye for quality and detail.
  •  Successful turnaround experience.


  •  Working within a supportive, family owned organisation.
  •  37.5 hr flexible working week.
  •  Autonomy of your own diary!
  •  5.6 weeks annual leave.
  • Travel costs covered.
  • Progression routes across the organisation.
