I am seeking an Quality assurance manage to inspect 6 Nursing and residential homes in and around the Worcester area.
Key Responsibilities of a Quality assurance manager:
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Making sure all the homes are up to date with law and regulations
Quality assurance manager Requirements:
- Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a strong Deputy or Home Manager
- Experience working with the Elderly in a management role
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to.
- 10 Homes so must be willing to travel.
- Must have some longevity on your experience.
