I am looking for a pro-active and driven individual for an exciting new Recruitment Manager opportunity with a leading homecare provider in Telford, Shropshire.

This company is a premium provider of high quality, person-centred care services for the elderly and are currently rated ‘Outstanding’ with CQC. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in helping attract and retain the best caregivers to deliver exceptional care for clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications and fit, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Oversee the onboarding for new caregivers to ensure they are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure staffing needs are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Recruitment Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or social care but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Value driven person who understands the commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics preferred.
