Key Responsibilities of a Referrals Manager
- Manage all referrals from the initial enquiry through to admission.
- Complete detailed assessments for new admissions
- Lead the assessment of referrals in partnership with Registered Managers.
- Work with the Director of Business Development to ensure all environments meet the specific needs of individuals.
- Liaise with Commissioners and placing professionals, supporting the referral process from start to finish.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular communication to generate ongoing referrals.
Requirements:
- Report to the Director of Business Development
- Focus on growing portfolios whilst working with Operations / Recruitment to facilitate safe and appropriate placements.
- This role will be the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received and will lead the full cycle referral process; from assessment through to admission.
- The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to maintain high levels of occupancy across the organisation.
- A key measure of success will be in the incremental increase of occupancy levels throughout our services.
