I am seeking a Regional Operations Director to manage 9 homes across Essex and Hertfordshire
Key Responsibilities of a Regional Director / Manager:
- Overall support of 9 care homes across Essex
- Managing budgets
- Direct reports of 9 Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Regional Director / Manager Requirements:
- Experience leading within a regional setting in care
- Experience working with the Elderly
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Nursing home experience
