Looking for a flexible, experienced Trainer within domiciliary care or live-in care. Ideally a candidate with a lot of experience with dementia.
The company I am working with are forward thinking and looking to continue on their growth path. They provide domiciliary care to elderly clients and also have a technology arm to their business!
Key Responsibilities of a Trainer:
- To provide training for the key components of the care certificate
- Work alongside the other office staff members
- Identify areas to improve
Trainer Requirements:
- PTLS
- Dementia specialist
- Previous experience as a Trainer within the care sector is essential
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to conduct refresher training
