Regional Trainer Key Responsibilities:
- To provide engaging, high-quality induction and refresher training both in-person and online
- To assess and support carers through the “safe to leave” sign-off process
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in line with internal policies
- To stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure training remains compliant
- To gather feedback from attendees and contribute to continual improvements
- To deliver specialist training modules such as medication, moving & handling, dementia, and first aid
Regional Trainer Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering training in a domiciliary or live-in care setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Level 3 in Teaching and Learning (or willingness to work towards)
- A confident, professional, and warm training style
