Looking for a Registered Branch Manager within domiciliary care with a drive to provide quality care.

 

The company are an independent organisation who have been established for a long time.  

 

Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:

  • To manage the office staff and the Carers    
  • To identify areas to improve customer service and quality within the business  
  • Work with local authorities, CCGs and privately funded clients
  • Take responsibility of registering with CQC

Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:

  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5  
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager position
  • Commercial awareness
  • Warm, bubbly and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience with CQC
