This role would be perfect for someone with little experience as a Registered Manager or someone looking to take a step up.


The company I am working with are forward thinking and looking to continue on their growth path. They provide domiciliary care to elderly clients and are one of the largest companies to do so in the country!

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To manage the Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and Carers (3 office staff)
  • To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Identify areas to grow the branch
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in domiciliary care
  • Ambitious individual who is looking to progress
  • Positive attitude
  • Passionate about high quality care
