My client has been established for a long time and they cover domiciliary care and residential care. This role is to manage a domiciliary care branch with 700 hours of care per week.


Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To manage 4 office staff and the Carers     
  • To market and advertise the business in the private sector specifically
  • Identify new ways to assist with recruitment
  • Day to day management of the service
  • Working closely with other senior members of staff in the business

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5  
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Commercial awareness
  • Personable and approachable
  • A leader rather than a manager



  •  Medium sized branch  
  •  Lots of support from head office
  •  Performance related bonuses of £6000 per annum
  •  Autonomy in the role    
  •  Progression opportunities
