My client has been established for 4 years now. They are looking for a new Registered Branch Manager to take their business forward.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage 4 office staff and the Carers
- To focus on growing in the private sector
- To maintain consistent recruitment
- To build on relationships with the local authorities
- Focusing on quality and compliance
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
- Already has NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
- You must have previous experience as a Manager within care
- Commercial awareness
- Responsive
- Attention to detail
