Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage the Carers and Care Coordinator
- To build on and manage the relationship with local authorities
- Look at opportunities to work with other boroughs
- To maintain consistent recruitment
- Remaining focused on quality and compliance
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
- Already has NVQ Level 5
- You must have previous experience as a manager within care
- Commercial awareness
- Responsive
- Attention to detail
