Looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take over the branch in Enfield and drive the business forward.
The is a new branch and the third for the company. They have been established now for 5 years.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To set up the new branch in the area
- Continue to identify areas to grow
- Focus on compliance and quality within the service
- Work closely with the senior team in the other branches
- Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5
- Previous experience as a Registered Branch Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial but they can consider someone with experience from different sectors of care
- Ability to grow a service
- Knowledge of CQC
