This is an exciting opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new domiciliary care service in Caerphilly, as part of a highly reputable specialist home care provider expanding across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and confident in developing a service from the ground up with the support of an experienced leadership team.

Registered Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- To take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Caerphilly domiciliary care service.
- To ensure the service operates in full compliance with CIW regulations and quality standards.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff and external stakeholders.
- To drive growth of the service, with a focus on complex care packages.
- To monitor performance metrics and achieve operational and financial objectives.
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care/live-in care service.
- Experience supporting a range of client groups including complex care needs.
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance processes.
- Commercial awareness and ability to grow a care service.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
