I’m proud to be partnering with a well-established and compassionate domiciliary and live-in care provider based in the village of Banham. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced manager to join a supportive team and help lead the service to grow.
What’s on Offer:
- £33,000-£38,000.
- 25 days’ annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
- Additional pay for on-call duties.
- A supportive, dedicated office team of three.
Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations and care delivery, reporting directly to the Director.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and local engagement.
- Create and oversee personalised care plans, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance, including accurate and up-to-date care documentation.
- Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the Care Act and CQC’s regulatory standards.
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care.
- Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
