This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse looking to progress into a senior leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact by leading the delivery of high-quality complex care services.
The role involves overseeing approximately 2,000 hours of care per week, ensuring exceptional clinical standards and operational excellence across multiple complex care packages.
Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus bonus
- 33 days annual leave (25 days plus 8 bank holidays)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
- Ongoing support from an experienced senior clinical team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight for complex homecare clients
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals with high-acuity needs
- Lead recruitment activities and coordinate staffing across complex care packages
- Conduct clinical supervision, competency assessments and staff development reviews
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, clinical governance requirements and company policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families and internal stakeholders
- Support service growth, development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC PIN registration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage effectively with non-clinical stakeholders
- Ability to make confident autonomous clinical decisions
- Previous experience managing within a health or social care setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
