I am working on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care company who are seeking a Registered Manager for their service in Telford, Shropshire.
The service provides high quality homecare and Complex care throughout the Shropshire and surrounding areas. You would be joining a highly supportive and strong office team that are committed to high quality and are currently ‘Good’ with CQC. They are looking to expand and are offering excellent development opportunities and progression within the company
The Company:
- Well established provider with highly experienced Directors
- Specialise in providing expert home care for the elderly
- Provide ongoing support to managers in lots of different areas including: recruitment, compliance etc
- Multiple services that provide a variety of care: Domiciliary care, Supported living and Complex Care
- Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
- Managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of care
- Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for “Outstanding”
- Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
- Be proactive in looking at ways to grow the hours of care delivered
- Liaising with various stakeholders
- Manage and lead the team
- Not part of the on-call rota so can put full focus into management of the branch
Required competencies:
- Previous domiciliary care experience, preferably at management level
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- People management skills
- Knowledge of Telford area – desirable
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
- Excellent personal skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
You MUST have worked within a care setting at management level.
