Step into the role of Registered Manager with an esteemed domiciliary care provider across the Northwest. With a solid reputation and a commitment to excellence, they are a specialist provider of high-quality home care services.
Currently up to 7 services all inspected services maintaining a “Good” on CQC the Directors are looking for two competent managers to take over their regains in the Bolton and Blackburn branches.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Spearhead our reputable domiciliary care team, leveraging your expertise to enhance service delivery.
- Devise and execute strategies to expand private care hours, maximizing profitability and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, prioritizing their needs for exceptional care.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth opportunities.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Proven track record in managerial roles within domiciliary care, with a focus on service expansion.
- Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and franchise standards, ensuring adherence and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Effective resource management skills, including budgeting and operational oversight.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or equivalent experience.
