I am working with an excellent local employer looking to hire a Registered Manager to manage their domiciliary care services.
What’s on offer:
- £35,000-£43,000.
- Excellent bonus scheme (OTE £53,000).
- 33 days annual leave.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Regional Manager.
- To continually work on marketing the service in the community and on social media.
- To manage the launch of a new development.
- To attend and organise events in the community to promote recruitment and welcome client enquires.
- To manage the business’ compliance in line with company policy and CQC requirements.
- To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and their families.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with commissioning bodies such as local authorities, CHC, etc.
- To maintain a thorough understanding of the Care Act and CQC Essential Standards, applying this knowledge to all aspects of the service.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care/Extra Care.
- Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a U.K. Driving Licence.
