Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care in line with a client-centred ethos.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of service delivery.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes staff satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
- Implement effective strategies to support sustainable service growth.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service improvement.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5).
