We’re recruiting for a private-only domiciliary care service in Weston-super-Mare. This is an excellent chance for a Registered Manager to lead a stable, established branch and benefit from excellent pay and a high-performance bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
- Lead, manage and develop the care team
- Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
- Ensure accurate care planning and assessments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- UK Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
- Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas
- Person-centred approach to leadership and care planning

- £40,000 salary
- Guaranteed 10% bonus, rising to 30% based on hours and performance
