Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and delivery of outstanding person-centred care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support business growth
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence
- Manage performance, complaints, and quality assurance processes effectively
- Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Be the face of the brand, handling new client enquiries and promoting the service within the community
Requirements
- Experience as a Manager in domiciliary or live-in care (Desirable)
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and risk management
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
