An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing private domiciliary care provider in Wokingham. The company is looking for a Registered Manager who leads with fairness, supports the development of others and can provide the office team with clear direction and confidence.
What’s on offer:
- £42,000-£50,000 OTE per annum.
- 31 days annual leave.

- Ongoing support from the Directors.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality care.
- Recruit, manage, mentor and develop the office and care team to improve performance, engagement, retention and accountability.
- Maintain high standards of CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and care documentation.
- Build strong relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop relationships with local hospitals, GP surgeries, community groups and other healthcare professionals to generate private referrals.
- Identify opportunities to raise the company’s profile within the local community, supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
