We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a multi award winning private domiciliary care service in Poole, currently delivering 600 hours of care per week.
With plans to open a second branch, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Registered Manager looking to progress into a more senior leadership role.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading the day to day operations of an established private domiciliary care service.
- Managing and developing the office and care teams, promoting a positive working culture.
- Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
- Overseeing the safe and effective delivery of high quality, person centred care.
- Leading recruitment, staff retention and workforce development to support the continued growth of the service.
- Ensuring staffing levels and operational processes support the safe and effective delivery of care.
- Building strong relationships with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.
- Working closely with the Directors to support business growth and future expansion.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong understanding of the private homecare market and delivering high quality, person centred care.
- A positive, culture focused leadership style.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
