I am working with an excellent Home Care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager to successfully manage their care staff team and to be proactive in growing their service across Newark and the surrounding towns. This service provides quality Domiciliary Care, as well as providing Live-In Care to their clients. This opportunity is open to both experienced Deputy Managers and Registered Managers.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for leading the branch team and reporting to the Director
- To monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- To be commercially minded to ensure budgets are met consistently
- To develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- To be proactive to promote the business through marketing, building relationships, etc.
- To create a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work and to build a culture of performance and excellence amongst all staff
- To implement the company’s policies and procedures
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Must be personable and have great communication skills
- Must have a minimum of Deputy Manager experience within a Home Care service
- Must have/be working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Must have a UK Driving Licence
