An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a new 5-bed residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
We are seeking a compassionate candidate who is about delivering exceptional care and driving high-quality standards. You will manage a dedicated team of approximately, promoting a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring that the people we support are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
- Ensure the home meets all CQC regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver person-centred care.
- Promote a culture of safeguarding, respect, and dignity across the service.
- Monitor and review service provision to maintain and exceed quality standards.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Maintain compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated adult care setting.
- Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 Diploma desirable).
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Be flexible, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
