I am recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager for a 10 bed Residential service which supports Adults with Mental Health needs in the Milton Keynes area, helping to improve their independence with a supported environment and changing their world for the better. I am looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager who is committed to developing the team and providing the best possible outcomes for those they support.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Experienced as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice

 

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • Proven history of delivery ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcomes with CQC
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Demonstrate positive values
  • Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
