I am working on behalf of huge organisation. They specialise in extra care and as a company have over 100 service nationwide. They are a charitable organisation.
The Company:

The Senior Operations Manager role:
- To support the 6 Registered Branch Managers
- Oversee management of 7 services
- To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets
- To report in to the Directors
Required competencies from the Senior Operations Manager:
- Multi-site management
- Has managed large volumes of care before
- Organisation
- Excellent knowledge of domiciliary care and/or reablement services
- Commercial awareness – a proven track record of growth
