Domus Recruitment are working with one of our clients to source this really exciting opportunity based in Glasgow. We are looking for a Service Manager in Glasgow, which supports adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism.

As a leader you will support other colleagues in the development, implementation, and delivery of the Strategic Plan. You will work closely with members of the Leadership Team, Central Leads, and the Coach Team. The main purpose of this role is to provide effective leadership to your branch and ensure it meets organisational Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities of a Branch Leader:

  • Ensure the highest quality of care and support is always delivered within your Branch, working with Coaches and your teams to achieve this.
  • Promote the active engagement of all branch colleagues with organisational strategy.
  • Promote a culture of trust and empowerment, coaching and mentoring in all that you do.
  • Ensure your branch operates in accordance with the branch handbook.
  • Undertake financial management for your Branch and be responsible for budget setting and reporting to the Resources Committee of the Board on financial performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation including being responsible for all statutory reporting and insurance cover.
  • Be the complaints receiving officer for your Branch.

Branch Leader Requirements:

  • Embrace a coaching and empowering approach to leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and trust them to make the right decisions.
  • SVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the HR & L&D community.
  • Have a large external network that will benefit the people we support and the organisation
