Ella is an Executive Consultant at Domus, specialising in the recruitment of interim senior and executive professionals across the Health and Social Care sector. She works closely with providers to identify exceptional talent while helping candidates secure opportunities that align with their career aspirations.

With a degree in Psychology and previous experience working and volunteering within the Health and Social Care sector, Ella brings a genuine understanding of the people and organisations she supports. She is passionate about making a positive difference by connecting the right professionals with the right opportunities, helping providers strengthen their teams and improve outcomes for those in their care.

Known for her honest, transparent and relationship-focused approach, Ella prides herself on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike. She takes the time to understand each client’s and candidate’s unique needs, delivering a professional, personable service built on trust, clear communication and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys travelling, keeping active in the gym and discovering new restaurants. A memorable experience was spending three months volunteering at a rehabilitation centre in Thailand, supporting individuals on their journey to sobriety, an opportunity that further strengthened her passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
