Ella is a Recruitment Consultant at Domus, specialising in management-level recruitment within the elderly care sector. She is passionate about connecting compassionate and skilled leaders with organisations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

Ella particularly enjoys the people-focused nature of recruitment, from speaking with a wide range of individuals to hearing their stories and supporting them through what can be a significant life decision. Her key strength lies in adapting to different personalities, allowing her to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. 

Ella is especially proud of her first placement at Domus, where her candidate was so happy with the support received that she sent flowers and a card. 

Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time with horses and boats.
