Emma Heath

Emma is a Recruitment Consultant at Domus, specialising in management recruitment within the elderly care sector across the South East. 

She is passionate about helping care providers find leaders who can make a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families and staff. Emma takes pride in knowing that the right hire can have a positive impact across an entire service, supporting both the organisation and the people it cares for. 

Clients, candidates and colleagues can expect a friendly, honest and reliable approach when working with Emma. She enjoys building relationships and helping people progress in their careers, finding it especially rewarding to support candidates in securing roles they are excited about while helping clients strengthen their teams. 

Emma’s biggest strength is understanding people. By taking the time to listen and learn what motivates both clients and candidates, she is able to make thoughtful and well-matched introductions. 

Emma is particularly proud of making her first placement at Domus, especially the call to tell the candidate they had secured the role, which gave her a real sense of accomplishment and confirmed how rewarding recruitment can be. 

Outside of work, Emma enjoys going to the gym and travelling to new places.
