Hollie Messenger

Hollie is an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Domus, specialising in interim recruitment within the Learning Disabilities and Mental Health sector. She supports clients across the North and South West with short-term and fixed-term management solutions, helping services access the right interim support when they need it most. 

Hollie is passionate about providing providers with experienced interim managers who can support during periods of crisis, turnaround or transition. She finds it particularly rewarding to see the positive impact the right interim appointment can have on clients, candidates and the people using the services. 

Clients and candidates can expect a consultative, quick, easy and honest approach when working with Hollie. She enjoys the combination of people-focus and problem-solving that recruitment brings, taking the time to understand what both sides are really looking for before making the right match. 

Hollie’s key strengths lie in building strong relationships, communicating effectively and quickly understanding the needs of both candidates and clients. She is also highly organised and proactive, allowing her to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service throughout the recruitment process. 

Hollie is proud to have achieved Executive Consultant level within just over a year at Domus. Outside of work, she enjoys reformer Pilates and drinking matcha.
