Joanne is a Director at Domus, leading on accounts receivables and dispute resolution while supporting the wider business with a practical, client-focused approach. 

Passionate about delivering a dynamic, straightforward and flexible service, Joanne takes pride in supporting recruitment needs from the beginning of the process through to completion. She values open and honest communication and believes that clear, transparent relationships are key to delivering a positive experience for clients, candidates and colleagues alike. 

Joanne particularly enjoys seeing clients happy with the service and approach provided by Domus, knowing that the team has helped support their recruitment needs effectively. Her biggest strengths lie in her positivity, upbeat approach and ability to listen, bringing energy and understanding to the people she works with. 

Joanne is especially proud of how far Domus has come since its creation, from celebrating the highs to working hard together as a team through the more challenging moments. 

Outside of work, Joanne loves coffee, pickled anchovies, walking and flowers. She can also wolf whistle louder than anyone she knows.
