Joanne Whiting

Joanne began her career in recruitment in 1998 and has steadily progressed through the industry, rising from Recruitment Consultant to her current role as Operations Director. With over two decades of experience and deep sector knowledge, she brings a wealth of insight and leadership to Domus Search. 

Joanne was a founding member of Domus Recruitment which was launched in 2009, where she played a key role in establishing the UK business as a market leader. Today, she brings that same drive and strategic vision to Domus Search, focused on expanding its presence and impact across the US market. 

Outside of work, Joanne splits her time between the UK and Italy. A devoted AS Roma supporter, she is a regular at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, attending as many matches as possible each season.
