Josh Morrison

Josh plays a key role in supporting the consultants at Domus and is involved in a wide range of activities across the business. His responsibilities include managing candidate applications, posting and maintaining job adverts across multiple job boards, creating and managing SourceWhale campaigns to proactively engage with candidates and clients.

Alongside candidate sourcing and application management, Josh also oversees the company’s internal recruitment activity, helping to attract and hire talent for Domus itself. His varied role means he works closely with consultants and leadership, ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently while helping to grow both the candidate network and the Domus brand.

Outside of work, Josh is passionate about fitness and combat sports, holding a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also a lifelong football fan, Josh proudly supports Chelsea FC and has a growing interest in American football which has led him to become a supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars. When he’s not working or training, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and taking long walks with their dog, Flynn.
