Michael White

Michael is a Recruitment Manager at Domus, leading a team of consultants who recruit across the UK within the Learning Disabilities and Mental Health sector, while also actively recruiting across the South. 

With almost 10 years of specialist recruitment experience, Michael has built a strong network of trusted relationships across the sector. He is passionate about finding incredible opportunities for amazing people, helping candidates progress in their careers while supporting businesses to grow with the right talent in place. 

Clients, candidates and colleagues can expect a knowledgeable, honest and proactive approach when working with Michael. He is known for building genuine relationships quickly, communicating clearly and moving at pace while ensuring both candidates and hiring managers feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Michael is a twin of a twin, with his mum also being a twin. He is also getting married this year.
