Suzie Bentley

Suzie is a Senior Consultant at Domus, specialising in management recruitment within the Learning Disabilities and Mental Health sectors. 

She is passionate about placing the right person in the right role, knowing that this not only helps businesses succeed but can also directly improve the quality of care and support vulnerable people receive every day. 

Clients, candidates and colleagues can expect an approachable, reliable and proactive approach when working with Suzie. She enjoys the pace and challenge of recruitment, as well as the sense of achievement that comes from supporting people and services through important hiring decisions. 

Suzie’s biggest strength is building relationships, and she is proud to have developed strong working relationships across the Domus team. 

Outside of work, Suzie is a passionate athletics enthusiast and competed at a national level when she was 18.
